Enjoying a magnificent Mexican theme dinner !!
Signature cuisine by Chef Gerardo Sandoval. It started with an idea from Rocco Troyani and the Chef, to organize Chef's tables every 3 or 4 months with different theme each time.
And it has grown from having 8 or 10 people to a dinner like this of 34 guests !!
Enlivened with music from the Continental Mariachi, ambience and decor by Rocco Troyani. My mom, my boyfriend and I enjoyed an excellent dinner !!
7 courses dinner such as Chile ancho stuffed with Marlin stew in black bean litter, Bacon in marinade with chili oil and vegetables, Mini mole tamalito with chocolate, "Cochinita Pibil" toast (pulled pork shoulder marinated and braised with achiote sauce), Corn cake with "churro de viento" and creamy vanilla sauce and many more things that left us delighted !!
